U.S. Delivery Information

Your order is shipped via UPS Ground and usually arrives within 5-10 business days. We can't always ship the same day as these products aren't usually/always in stock. Many are made to order. Because of the nature of our product it is not always possible to meet the shipping times posted. In any case, we will email/call you for the delivery date. You have the option to upgrade from UPS Ground to 2nd Day Air for an additional $7.50 (except in CA, OR, WA and NV). Our Herb Wreaths and Swags com from Oregon so there is no need for these states to upgrade! Your Herb Wreaths and Swags:

• CAN be shipped within the Continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
• CANNOT be delivered to P.O. Boxes, or Rural Routes.
• For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We ship by Post Office. So we do need a physical addresses If shipped by UPS but we need P. O. Box addresses for these states. We can't ship to Canada and other countries at the present time.

If you would like to return your gift, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for its purchase. (Shipping charges are not refundable). Please email us at returns@herbquarterly.com on how you would like us to handle your return/exchange and just place the item in the original packaging and follow these simple steps:

3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, or USPS parcel post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.
4. If you are returning the gift because it is damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will provide a pre-paid return label.
